Skilled Carpenter


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a great opportunity for an English-speaking individual looking for part-time work or for students with carpentry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials using hand tools, machines or power saws
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as framework, rafters, partitions or joists according to plans
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or other wooden structures
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents on construction sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (own visa preferred)
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Good understanding of basic math principles
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
Starting salary is 1200$ per month.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. Candidates must be able to speak English fluently. Previous experience is not required but preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible hours available. Students are welcome to apply.
