IT Manager

We are a growing technology company based in Almada and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify areas for improvement in the company's technology infrastructure
- Plan, implement, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing IT projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, data management, and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
