Land Surveyor



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports on findings
- Determine property boundaries and create maps and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Maintain survey equipment and perform calibration checks regularly
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to work outdoors in different weather conditions

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with benefits. This position is open to Indian nationals with no English language requirement.
