We are hiring a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating custom surfboards and other watercrafts according to specific design requirements. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as knowledge of various shaping techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Use shaping tools and techniques to create custom surfboards and watercrafts
- Interpret design specifications and make adjustments as needed
- Select appropriate materials for each project
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Continuously improve shaping skills through training and self-learning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of shaping tools, techniques, and materials used in the creation of surfboards and watercrafts
- Ability to interpret design specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Candidates must have experience in shaping for this role. Accommodation will not be provided.
