Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Moscow. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for various projects. You will also be required to interpret survey data and prepare reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect and analyze survey data to determine land boundaries, elevations, and other features
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Adhere to safety guidelines while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
- Valid work permit/visa for Russia
