Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks, trains, and ships. You will work closely with a team of loaders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all loading procedures are followed correctly and efficiently
- Manage the loading schedule to meet deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with truck drivers, train conductors, and ship captains to coordinate loading processes
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues for maintenance or repairs
- Keep detailed records of loading activities, including quantity, type, and condition of cargo loaded

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role as a loader or supervisor in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes

This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the required experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
