Temporary Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Al-Malikiyah. As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and strong leadership skills to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and meet dietary restrictions
- Ensure all food is prepared according to high-quality standards and served in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain a productive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1000 per week.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Malikiyah.

We are specifically looking for candidates who do not have previous experience as we want someone who can bring fresh ideas to our team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their culinary education or has worked in a different sector of the food industry and wants to gain experience as an Executive Chef.

Please note that this is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates must have at least 12 years of education (high school diploma or equivalent).
