Architecture Manager
The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Lisbon. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. This role requires previous experience in architecture, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of architectural principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of building design and construction projects in Lisbon
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing building design projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management abilities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, materials, etc.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Lisbon
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Location: This is a contract position based in Lisbon. The selected candidate must be able to work without accommodation.
