Architecture Manager - Contract Position in Lisbon


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the design and construction process of various architectural projects
- Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Review project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure feasibility and efficiency
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management roles
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Lisbon but may require occasional travel within Portugal.

Contract Duration:
The contract duration for this position is 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
