Crane Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Hawalli. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. You will be working with a diverse team of professionals and will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts to determine crane capacities and boom positions
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safety and report any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations including lift logs, maintenance reports, etc.
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles using the crane
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow on the job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator is required
- Must possess a valid operator's license for the type of crane being operated
- Familiarity with different types of crane operation techniques and load charts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month plus overtime opportunities. We also provide visa sponsorship for foreign workers. Please note that this role does not include accommodation.
