Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients in Moscow. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information in simple terms for non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Providing technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Setting up user accounts and permissions
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)

This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates with their own visa. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
