Waiter/Waitress for Temporary Position in Funchal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team for a temporary position in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position does not come with accommodation, so local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Clean and set up tables for new customers
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
