Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Porto. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth and ensure the overall success of our company's products and services. You will work closely with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Travel within Porto to meet with clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Portuguese (required), knowledge of English (preferred)
- Ability to travel within Porto as needed
