Merchandiser (Nepali Speaking) in Bungoma, Kenya

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper placement and presentation of our products in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective merchandising techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores on a regular basis to check inventory levels, product placement, and display signage.
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime locations for our products.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are properly stocked and maintained.
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for improved product placement.
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase their knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product distribution.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali with a basic understanding of English.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Salary: $1200 per month
