As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery to complete construction projects in Mauren. This position requires a skilled individual with experience in operating equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely load and transport materials using the machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Inspect equipment before and after use to identify any potential issues or repairs needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safe operation practices for various types of heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Proficient English language skills (spoken and written)
- Must have own accommodation in Mauren or be willing to relocate
