Entry Level UX Designer

We are hiring a talented and creative Entry Level UX Designer to join our growing team in Al-Khor. As an Entry Level UX Designer, you will work closely with our team of designers and developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. Your main responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with the potential for growth within the company. No prior experience is required, but candidates must have their own visa.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to conduct user research and analyze data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user needs
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes and prototypes that translate complex concepts into intuitive designs
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
