Experienced Baker in Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience as a Baker.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve perfect baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies to ensure availability for baking needs
- Train and supervise new bakers in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and measurements
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong preference for Indian nationals

Salary: $1100 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
