We are hiring a skilled Puncher for our manufacturing company in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating punch presses and other equipment to punch holes or shapes into metal sheets or parts according to specifications. You will also need to inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar position. You should also have knowledge of different types of metal and their properties, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to detail and manual dexterity are crucial skills for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch presses and other equipment to punch holes or shapes into metal sheets or parts
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and requirements
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment or materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar position
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
