Nurse Manager
We are a healthcare facility located in Acre, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high quality patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create schedules and assign tasks to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the facility
- Monitor patient care plans and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate record keeping for patients, staff, and facility operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in nursing management or leadership role
- Current nursing license in Egypt or ability to obtain one in Acre
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
