Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania



We are a leading company in the sales industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase sales revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products/services to clients
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance levels
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in Vilnius
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on individual performance.

Contract job:
This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
