Sales Manager (Indians)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. This role is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid work visa for Vilnius, Lithuania
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
