Industrial Architect for Manufacturing Company in Las Vegas

Our dynamic manufacturing company in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and other production facilities. Your role will involve utilizing your technical expertise to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each project
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and layouts using specialized software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being executed correctly
- Keep up-to-date with new technology, materials, and techniques in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month
