Sales Representative - Mombasa, Kenya
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets through effective communication, customer service, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote our products and services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct product presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Valid work permit for Mombasa (own visa preferred)
Salary:
1500$ per month plus commission on sales.
