We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Shan. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems, while also collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side code for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end systems.
- Write clean and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache).
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
