We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Teamlead to join our growing team in Almada, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate project updates, changes, and deadlines to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Almada, Portugal
