Team Lead (Almada, Portugal)


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-paced company in Almada, Portugal. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery
- Develop strategies to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Almada, Portugal.
