Loader Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled Loader Supervisor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a loader supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders and ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of materials. This is a contract position, suitable for experienced individuals with excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of loaders
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met
- Train new loaders on safe loading procedures and equipment operation
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and loading activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loader or loader supervisor
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
