We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Remish, Africa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land areas to determine boundaries, establish property lines, and provide data for construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land areas using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way
- Provide accurate data for engineering and construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Keep accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients or government agencies
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Africa
