Elevator Installer Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Elevator Installer Supervisor to oversee the installation of elevators in the city of Ufa. The ideal candidate will have experience in elevator installation, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of installers. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of elevator installers
- Ensure that installations are completed according to safety regulations and company standards
- Train and mentor new installers
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain inventory of necessary equipment and materials for installations
- Conduct quality control checks on completed installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Prepare reports on installation progress and project updates

Requirements:
- Previous experience in elevator installation
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Experience in supervising or managing a team
- Additional certification in elevator installation or maintenance
