We are currently seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Moderator in Lisbon. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure that they are safe, engaging, and free from any inappropriate content. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided and suitable for students.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring online forums and communities to ensure compliance with rules and guidelines
- Responding to user inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Reviewing user-generated content for appropriateness and taking necessary actions such as editing or removing content
- Identifying trends or issues within the community and providing recommendations for improvement
- Working closely with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of online community management principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues or inappropriate content quickly
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
