Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings, including their facades. This position requires experience in facade installation, repair, and maintenance techniques. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that building exteriors are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain building facades according to industry standards
- Perform routine inspections and identify areas in need of repair or maintenance
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop solutions for complex facade issues
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for facade work
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights or using heavy machinery
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation, repair or maintenance is required
- Knowledge of different types of building materials used in facades such as glass, metal panels, stone cladding etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Physically fit to perform manual labor including lifting, climbing, bending etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Basic English proficiency is required; fluency is preferred

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks. Accommodation will not be provided; therefore the candidate must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one. This job is located in Triesen but candidates from Nepal are also welcome.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
