Part-time Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and gathering data on land and property for various projects in the city of Manama. This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience, as we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Create accurate drawings and maps using computer software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to determine project requirements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and produce reports as needed

Requirements:
- Own visa or valid work permit in Manama
- Proficiency in operating surveying equipment and computer software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.
