Factory Machine Operator


We are a manufacturing company based in Osijek, seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and producing quality products
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines as needed
- Understand and follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery
- Keep records of machine performance, production numbers, and any maintenance or repairs performed
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Work with supervisors to identify areas for improvement in the production process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating machinery in a factory setting is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine operation principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Biometric passport is required for security purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
