Entry Level Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with little to no experience in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email, and networking events
- Create and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive starting salary of 1600$ per month along with commission opportunities based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk but may require occasional travel within the city for client meetings or events.
