Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Nationals
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy levels
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, online booking platforms, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Train and oversee the sales team to ensure they are meeting targets and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and social media marketing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
