Restaurant Manager for Egyptian Cuisine in Triesen
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Triesen. As the manager of our authentic Egyptian restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and increasing profitability.
Salary: $1400 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Create and implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting, preferably with Egyptian cuisine knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting principles
- Familiarity with biometric passport procedures for foreign employees is preferred
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
