IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology operations of our company. Your main duties will include managing our computer systems, network infrastructure, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data, networks, and systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Supervise a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend updates or upgrades as necessary
- Oversee the implementation of new software systems or hardware upgrades
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing networks, databases, software applications, and hardware systems
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
