IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will oversee and manage the technological infrastructure of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and networks are running efficiently and effectively, as well as implementing new technology solutions to improve our operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to strategize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's technology infrastructure
- Implement new technology solutions and upgrades to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security of our systems and networks through regular maintenance and updates
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role (experience in a similar industry preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of network administration, security protocols, software development, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in implementing new technology solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Location: Karachi (accommodation not provided)

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
