Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to project timelines and meet daily production goals
- Complete daily logs and reports on work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation from a recognized institution
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment such as backhoes or cranes
- Bilingual in English and Urdu
