Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Source materials and equipment, negotiate prices and contracts
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Supervise and manage construction teams on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
