Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Moscow. As a specialist in data analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of complex data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of complex data from various sources
- Perform data cleansing, quality checks, and validation processes
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical analysis tools
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on the analyzed data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets using statistical methods
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Biometric passport required
