We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings and plans
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create 3D models and renderings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project development
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review project specifications and make recommendations for improvements or modifications
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to oversee the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month
