Junior Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to completion. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers and architects, prepare detailed drawings and models, and contribute to client presentations. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in developing architectural concepts and designs
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and sketches using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality presentations for clients
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients and contractors
- Maintain project files and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience or internships in architecture or design firms
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino)
- Fluency in additional languages

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel

Visa/Work Permit: This is a contract position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience. The company will provide accommodation for the duration of the contract. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Israel.
