A reputable hotel in Akron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Lead the sales team by setting goals, providing training, and monitoring performance
- Analyze market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service throughout the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Akron
