Female Administrator
As a female administrator in our company based in Porto, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.
