Smelter Operator

We are searching for a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating smelting equipment and be able to work with a high level of precision and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment to melt and refine various metals
- Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and other variables as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating smelting equipment
- Strong technical skills and ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Fluency in English is preferred, but not required
