Typesetter

We are currently hiring a talented Typesetter to join our publishing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently formatting text and images for print and digital publications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Using publishing software such as Adobe InDesign to format text and images according to specific design templates
- Ensuring all text is properly aligned, sized, and formatted for readability
- Collaborating with authors, editors, and designers to ensure all design elements are cohesive and visually appealing
- Checking for spelling and grammatical errors in text before finalizing designs
- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines set by management
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
