Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. This is a contract position, suitable for men with experience in data analytics and proficiency in English. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing data models, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large amounts of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain data models to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in analytics tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
