Computer Support Specialist


A computer support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to individuals and organizations using computer software and hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of various computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software for clients
- Create user accounts and set up necessary access permissions
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep updated records of client interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex problems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a computer support specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and software (Microsoft Office, antivirus programs)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients of all levels of technical expertise
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month
