IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems and network equipment
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and diagnose problems as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients of various technical backgrounds
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is a plus
- Fluent English language skills required
